Agreement to Terms
By engaging Mr Sprinkler Repair for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling service.
Services
Mr Sprinkler Repair provides sprinkler repair, drainage installation, and landscape lighting services throughout the Greater Houston area. Services are performed by licensed, insured technicians.
Scheduling and Appointments
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability
- We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window
- Same-day service is subject to availability
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible
Pricing and Payment
- We provide flat-rate pricing for most repairs
- A quote will be provided before work begins
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Prices do not include permits unless specifically stated
Warranty
All repairs performed by Mr Sprinkler Repair are backed by our workmanship guarantee:
- 30-day warranty on labor for standard repairs
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly
- Warranty does not cover damage from external causes (storms, freezes, etc.)
Property Access
By scheduling service, you authorize our technicians to access your property and irrigation system components. You agree to:
- Provide safe access to work areas
- Secure pets during service visits
- Mark underground utilities if known
- Disclose any known hazards on the property
Limitations of Liability
Mr Sprinkler Repair is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects not caused by our work
- Damage to unmarked underground utilities
- Issues arising from improper use of repaired equipment
- Acts of nature, including freeze damage, flooding, or storms
- Consequential or indirect damages
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
